1. What this service is

MSME Vasooli Kit is a self-service drafting and computation aid. It helps a micro, small or medium enterprise prepare a delayed-payment claim under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. It does not provide legal advice, does not create a lawyer-client or advisor-client relationship, and does not file anything on your behalf.

2. Accuracy of inputs

Every figure, date and description in the generated documents comes from what you enter. You are responsible for verifying the principal amount, dates of acceptance and deemed acceptance, the applicable RBI bank rate for each period, and the jurisdiction of the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council before filing.

3. Credits and applications

Each account receives a seven-day trial that includes one complete application. After that, one credit costs ₹1,000 and unlocks one application. Credits are added manually after the administrator verifies your UPI payment. Credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to prepare documents containing statements you know to be false, to impersonate another enterprise, or to resell generated output as an automated service without written permission.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the generated documents, computed interest, missed limitation periods or filing outcomes.
