Try before you pay

Every account gets a seven-day trial with one complete application, including full document export. Use it to confirm the tool fits your case before buying credits.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you paid twice for the same credit, or a payment was debited but rejected during verification, contact the helpline with the UTR number. The amount is refunded to the source UPI account, normally within five working days.

Unused credits

Credits do not expire. An unused credit can be refunded within seven days of purchase, as long as it has not been used to unlock an application.

Used applications

Once a credit has unlocked an application and the documents have been generated, that credit is not refundable. The output is delivered in full at that point.

How to request

Message the WhatsApp helpline with your registered email, the UTR number and the reason. You will get a decision within two working days.
