How it works

Five steps, all deterministic. The tool never invents facts — it applies the statute to the numbers and dates you enter.

  1. 01

    Set up your enterprise

Enter your registered name, Udyam registration number, address, signatory and letterhead branding once. Every document then carries the same details.

  2. 02

    Compute the interest

The calculator applies Section 15 (45-day outer limit), the appointed day under Section 2(b) and Section 16 compound interest at three times the RBI bank rate with monthly rests.

  3. 03

    Build the case file

The checklist walks you through registration proof, invoices and delivery evidence, correspondence, bank records and the filing bundle — with a note on why each item matters.

  4. 04

    Generate the documents

Statement of claim, affidavit of verification, statutory demand notice and authorisation letter — exportable as Word, PDF or plain text on your own letterhead.

  5. 05

    File and follow up

Use the statutory timeline to track conciliation and arbitration milestones under Section 18 and keep your follow-up on record.
