Privacy policy

What we store

• Account: your email address and sign-in identity.
• Enterprise profile: registered name, Udyam number, address, signatory, GSTIN, contact details and letterhead branding.
• Claim records: the buyer name and invoice number attached to each unlocked application, so your credit history is auditable.
• Payments: the credits requested, amount, UPI reference number and the payment screenshot you upload for verification.

What stays on your device

The draft content you type into the calculator, checklist and document builder is kept in your browser's local storage so you can resume work. It is not uploaded unless you choose to save it to your enterprise profile.

Who can see it

Row-level security restricts every record to the account that created it. The administrator can see payment submissions, credit balances and account-level details only for the purpose of verifying payments and providing support.

Retention and deletion

Payment screenshots are stored in a private bucket and are accessible only through short-lived signed links generated for administrator review. Ask through the WhatsApp helpline to have your account and associated records deleted.

No AI processing

Your claim data is never sent to any AI or third-party model. All computation and document generation happens deterministically in your browser.
